Get to know us
Michael & Tami Chaffin have been married for over 30 years, and have raised 6 amazing children, 3 boys and 3 girls. Except for their relationship with God, their family has always come first, and remains most important. Tami's mother was born and raised in Hawaii. "Ohana" is the Hawaiian word for family. A few years ago, they added the phrase, "Ohana Mau Loa" to their logo. It means, "Family, Always and Forever". It has special meaning, as their middle son, Cody, was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). With DMD, the body slowly loses the function of all muscles. There is no cure. The family's faith teaches that families can be eternal, and marriage is not "until death do you part", but for "Time and all Eternity". In 2022, Cody finished his fight and his mission here on earth. The family continues on, armed with the knowledge of their eternal relationship and "Ohana Mau Loa" continues to rally each of them to do their best each day.

Our mission
Our mission is to help each family have a house that feels like a home through foundational support, and keeping the elements outside.
Our vision
We have a vision of all new homes being built to a higher standard, where the quality of life of the family inside is more important than the bottom line. Until then, we will continue to bring existing homes to that standard.
